We are a corporation that manages Casinos; our commercial name is The American Casino (AMCAS). We currently operate two properties in the Dominican Republic. One in Juan Dolio within the property of the Coral Costa Caribe Hotel and in Puerto Plata within the premises of Allegro Jack Tar Village Hotel.

We opened our first casino in February of 1998 under a management team having many years of experience in the casino and hospitality industry.
